Redesigned an industrial monitoring SaaS used by 9 control center operators managing 350+ energy assets. Through field observation, usability testing in production, and collaborative co-design workshops, delivered a responsive dashboard that increased kWh tracked per operator by 23%.

Designing the onboarding flow that ranked #1 on Google's UX Benchmark 2023
Built a fully compliant banking onboarding for BforBank's complete app relaunch. Meeting all KYC, security, and regulatory constraints while achieving a full account opening in under 10 minutes.

Designed a construction app connecting site crews' real workflows to a complex ERP, replacing 3 legacy tools with a single interface to manage personnel, equipment and procurement

My journey
I started in user research, with two master's degrees in experimental methodology, ergonomics, and cognitive psychology, plus several client research projects during my consulting years.
Then I joined TotalEnergies Digital Factory for 3 years, where I worked as Lead Designer in product squads building tools from scratch: product vision, first designs, user testing, iteration. Always embedded in a product team.
Going independent changed everything. I went all-in on AI, not just for design, but for research, product thinking, and development. I broadened into product management and started coding what I design.
At the same time, I got certified as a property manager and real estate developer in Luxembourg, and started managing my family's rental portfolio. In 2025, I founded Régis, a property management SaaS, where I put that combination of research, product and AI to work end to end.
Side project
Outside of work, I'm a cycling obsessive. After 8 years playing fantasy cycling with the same group of friends, I decided to build my own to improve the core game.
